At lifts and sprints we believe each session is “ more than training” we aim to use our expansive sports, health and fitness knowledge to cater and deliver plans that are not only long term but achievable and conducive to your well being for a lasting healthy lifestyle we understand the importance of mindset and motivation coaching alongside any goal.  

 

We are based in Oxfordshire and offer gym-based training out of Buzz gym Oxford. For non gym members, Home and Studio based training is available with limited availability. 

The type of training, frequency, and intensity of your fitness program should be specific to your individual goals and catered towards an agreed time frame.
